Society Terms

  • 1. The Allotment shall be subject to the provisions of Bye Laws of The Bathinda Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. (Registration No.1945), Bathinda, and Rules regulations and Policies framed by Government of Punjab from time to time.
  • 2. The President, The Bathinda Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. (Registration No.1945), Bathinda is duly authorized to make allotment/transfer of plot and Membership to the allotee in accordance with the Bye Laws of the Society namely The Bathinda Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. (Registration No.1945), Bathinda.
  • 3. The Plot shall be used only for residential purposes.
  • 4. No fragmentation of the site shall be permitted.
  • 5. This transfer has been permitted on the joint requests of Previous member/ Seller and you, as you have already paid the entire sale consideration of plot and membership to the previous member/Seller.
  • 6. Allottee have no right to transfer by way of sale, gift mortgage or otherwise the plot or any other rights, title of interest in said plot except with the prior permission of The President, The Bathinda Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. (Registration No.1945), Bathinda, which may be granted subject to the payment of transfer fee, processing fee and any other fee as applicable from time to time.
  • 7. You are liable to pay all general and local taxes, rates, process imposed or assessed on the said site/building by the Municipal or any other authority competent to levy such taxes and rates.
  • 8. Any changes in your above said address and contact number must be notified to the President of The Bathinda Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. (Registration No.1945), Bathinda.
  • 9. Construction shall be carried out as per Sanctioned Building Plans and as per the provisions of State Government Building Rules as amended from time to time.
  • 10. Allottee may get approved the Building Plan (Map) of proposed house to be constructed on this plot, from the Municipal Corporation, Bathinda.
  • 11. Allottee may get loan from any financial institute against this plot on the basis of this Allotment/Possession letter for purchase or Construction thereon.
  • 12. The allottee may get Sewage Connection, Water Connection, Electricity Connection Gas Connection or any other available Amenities in this Plot as per his requirement and The Bathinda Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. (Registration No.1945), Bathinda is neither responsible for any dues and payments in this regard and nor have any objection to install such facilities in the plot on the request of the allottee.
  • 13. The allottee hereby agrees to pay the maintenance charges alongwith applicable taxes etc., to the society, The Bathinda Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. (Registration No.1945), Bathinda.
